Hey people,

how’s life treating you? I have just come back from ‘around the world’ holidays and I am so sad to be back, cos I enjoyed it so much. First of all, I went to Singapore for 3 days. That was just awsome - food, city, people, weather and everything else. After that came Austrailia, where I’ve spent another 10 days - Sydney and around it. I was positively surprised by a amazing coffee down uder as well as with hospitality and a modernity. However, I have to admit that Sydney was very expensive. During this period of time, I have managed to do all tourist attractions such as: whale watching, Blue Mountains, Harbour Bridge climb, Zoo, Ocean World, Sydney Opera, Botanic Gardens and so on, and finally I set off to America. I went to L.A. for about 5 days and I think it was the part of my trip I have enjoyed most of all. L.A. was for me like a home, because of my Film and Media studies. I was more than happy and excited to see all these film premires and cameras everywhere and to find out how it work in the real Hollywood world! Also the Universal studios were spectacular and I almost cried when I had to come back to Manchester. But that’s not to bad, because I am off to Dublin on Wednesday and then home for Xmas!

So as I said, if you are not sure if you want to do MA, just take a gap year, enjoy yourselves and think about itt - make your life fun!

Australia, here I come!

Hey guys,

its only 3 days now till I start my travelling, I am off to Australia on Saturday and I have to admit I have never been that excited. How is uni going? First assessments to hand in? Hehe, ok ok, im not going to rub it in anymore, but… it is AMAZING to have a GAP YEAR!

Hey folks!

How is it going, back at uni now? Hope you are all making new friends and have a lot of fun!

I have decided to do my masters next year, as I really need a break, during this year I need to get some work experience and also want to go traveling. That’s why in 2 weeks I am heading to Australia and USA after that. New travels, new people to meet - new experience - best way to learn the life.

I am getting excited as 2 weeks will go very quick and I will be on a different continent! Woooohoooo!

Another meeting and more difficult decisions!

Deadlines for Masters are coming shortly and I am still attending meetings and concidering my future as a student. The only problem ATM is that I am a bit late and the places at courses I am mostly interseted at are gone and I have to look for something similar… OMG, oh well - we will all know next week. Fingers crossed! x

Masters or professional life?

I have just been to the meeting with the person responsible for recrutation to do MA degree in Media and I got a place!

On one hand itt is great news, but on the other I am a bit confused now. I always wanted to do masters, but when I am watching some friends who already got jobs and seem to be happy I am not sure if I want to start everything from the beginning. It is great opportunity and will definately help me in my future life, but its another year… HARD year… I thing its time to call my mum and discuss it with her. Will keep you updated!

Are you enjoying your holidays? I have just come back from my short holidays in Italy where I had absolutely lovely time. Now I really have to sort my masters out, as the holidays will end up very quickly and I need to know what I am stood on. I am getting a bit nervous aboit it now, but I really hope it will go well. Finally happened!

Hello, it is BA (Hons) Film and Media with Practise speaking! :D

Im graduated :D and I am so happy because of that! The ceremony was beautiful. You know when you watch all these ceremonies in films and suddenly you take part in it… Surrealistic! Its such an amazing feeling when you walk on the stage and all people, friends, family are shouting and clapping to show you respect. The ceremony was just perfect, our outfist were gorgeous and I couldnt imagine better day!

Ceremony took 2h, then all people from my course been taking pictures and thowing their hats in the air, then I went with my family to the townhall to take some more pictures and finaly for a meal in my favourite restaurant on Canal Street. Straight after the meal we got changed and went to the Uni party and after join all students for the night out. It was one of the most amazing nights Ive ever had in my life! So happy now, but also sad cos all my family is gone home!

However thats not the end of advenures, am off to NYC on Sunday and then Italy and after have to sort my Masters out so I could write another positive blog in one year, but that time with MA title! lol Fingers croosed tho! :D

GRADUATION! :)

Hey Guys,

the big day is coming, my graduation is on tomorrow at 2pm and am getting really excited about it. So far my parents have arrived and now am on my way to pick the rest of my family from the airport. Can’t wait to see my brother. Its so nice to be with the closest people when you see them so rarly. Anyway, graduation will be great and all this special clothes and the bridgewater hall - awsome! We are also off to the show - the ladyboys of bangkok on friday night and to uni graduation party so the weekend will be full of attractions! Cant wait!

Hey everyone!

Do you enjpy holidays in Manchester or maybe you have already jetted off? I am still in Manchester, trying to decide what do I want to do with my life, hehe.

Since I got my results and since they are so good I decided it would be pointless to leave uni yet. I decided to do MASTERS in Media Area! How fab?! ATM I am trying to sort everything out, trying to apply where I can and see whats the results like. One I know for sure, I’m staying with MMU!

Apart from extending my Uni life I am also getting stressed because the graduation is next Friday! My parent and the rest of the family coming to go to the graduation ceremony with me. I am really looking forward to seeing them and spending time together. On Friday, we are all going to the Graduation and then for a meal and to see the show ‘Lady boys of Bangkok’. I believe we will have fun, cos the show was brill last year. Moreover, on the same night Uni organizes the graduation party for us in the local club so it is going to be a night of entertainment!

the first day of summer and the summer in manchester!

Have you seen the summer this year in Manchester?

So hot, so nice, so summery! I have spent 2 days in the park with my friends just chilling and sunbathing and I have to admit that my tan is as stromg as it was when I came back from Thailand. The weather forecast for tomorrow is the same, so I have got to enjoy my last day off in the sun and try to be happy as much as I can, because at midnight I am going to find out my final results! So ceared, in 2 days I will let you know what I have got. Meanwhile - enjoy the sun and speak soon!

Next week!

Hey guys,

can you believe that only one week left till our results will be published?! its gonna be next week, this time. I am so scared, but excitied at the same time. Really want to find out what my final grade is!

I went today and yesterday to career service point at Uni, where you can book the appointment and discuss your future with proffesional career advisors! Looking forward to my appointment, as I need a proffesional eye to comment on my covering letter the CV and also want to find out with their help whats the market like and if its worth applying for a new job now.

Anyway, will let you know what Ive got in my grades and also how did the appointment go. I am off to watch some dvds now, cos finally I have holidays and some MEEE time!

even if you feel done with uni, they will still take care of you…

Simple recent example, I’m done with my exams and waiting for my results and graduation, and the uni takes care of me all the time. They send me job opportunities from places i could be intreseted in and also inform me about the latest events at Uni, which could possibly help me to find a new dream job and it’s all free! Thatt’s Mint. Im off to big conference today, where I will be told what to do with my life now! Ha - fingers crossed! x

less than month to get the results back now!

Hey guys,

have you finished your exams yet?

Im so happy to be done with all exams and assessments and now only waiting for my results, which should be here in one month and for my graduation wich will take place on the 16 July 2010! So excited!

Any plans for holidays? I decided to work hard this summer to save some money and then travel as much as I can before I start the real job. Im trying to enjoy myself now, as I have more time than \i had during last 4 months! Thanks good for this!
